- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 60 days before the end of the current cycle.

4.2 Charges:
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis, including any applicable taxes.
4.3 Authorization:
- By subscribing, you explicitly authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation Process:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, provided you cancel at least 60 days in advance.
5.2 Refunds:
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing cycles, except as required by law. Once you cancel, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. User Responsibilities

- Users must comply with all local laws and regulations while using the app.
6.2 Account Security:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
6.3 Content:
- Users must not share or distribute any content from the app without authorization. Any user-generated content must adhere to our community guidelines.

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina . Any disputes arising from these T&C will be resolved through Arbitration/Mediation in South Carolina.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless St. MICHAELS FIGHT PROMOTIONS LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app.
14. User Content and Conduct
Users are responsible for the content they upload or share through the app. You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the app at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these T&C or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the app or other users.
